CACTUS is an eight-week programme of challenging physical activities, which aims to help young people build confidence, skills and personal belief.
Each year, CACTUS consists of 25 young people, including:
CACTUS challenges participants physically and mentally, encouraging them to stretch their own potential. Young people gain a sense of belonging, develop mind and body discipline and a belief that they have choices about their future and are comfortable with their own identity.
