Our Alternative Action programme is targeted at young people who have been identified as offenders but have not yet appeared in Court.
Each young person is supported by a youth worker to meet the conditions of a plan developed by their families and the Police.
While the plan holds the young person accountable for their actions and allows victims voices to be heard, it gives the young person an opportunity for an alternative pathway focused on building their strengths.

Taiohi Toa works to identify those most at risk of further offending and victimisation. This initiative provides early intervention to address the causes of offending whilst developing the strengths of the young person.
